    How is Akoya’s pricing structured?

    Our pricing is structured into two plans designed to best suit your needs. The Standard plan is designed for customers processing up to 10,000 unique connections per month. For those customers processing over 10,000 unique connections per month, we offer an Enterprise plan with tailored solutions to meet your unique needs.

    Are there any set-up or implementation fees?

    Depending on your specific integration needs, a set-up or implementation fee may apply.

    Does Akoya offer a free trial or demo environment?

    We offer a free self-service sandbox that allows customers to explore the Akoya platform and its capabilities in a demo environment. This enables you to experience our platform and discover its features at your own pace.

    What type of support does Akoya provide?

    The level of support available depends on your plan. Standard customers have access to our support center and online ticketing for more direct assistance. Enterprise customers receive the highest level of support, which includes the support center, online ticketing, and priority support, as well as a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
