Our pricing is structured into three different tiers, customized to best suit your needs. The Sandbox tier is free and provides access to test data, making it perfect for exploring our platform. The Production tier is designed for customers processing up to 1 million API calls per month. For those customers processing over 1 million API calls per month, we offer a custom Enterprise tier with tailored solutions to meet your unique needs. 

Are there any set-up or implementation fees?

Does Akoya offer a free trial or demo environment?

We offer a free self-service sandbox that allows customers to explore the Akoya platform and its capabilities in a demo environment. This enables you to experience our platform and discover its features at your own pace.

What type of support does Akoya provide?

The level of support available depends on your tier. Sandbox customers can access helpful articles in our Support Center, while production-level customers gain additional access to online ticketing for more direct assistance. Enterprise customers enjoy the highest level of support, which includes the Support Center, online ticketing, and priority support.
