We’re very happy to announce that Behram Panthaki has joined Akoya as Chief Operating Officer.
As a new member of the leadership team, Behram brings over twenty years of entrepreneurial and management experience from startups and enterprise companies, including experience building and scaling networks and a deep domain knowledge in payments.
Behram comes to us from AccountantsWorld (now part of IRIS software UK) where he was the COO responsible for leading operations and growth. Prior to AccountantsWorld, Behram spent a decade at JPMorgan Chase and Citi where he led Digital Payments and platforms building and scaling digital offerings like QuickPay/Zelle. He was also a part of the founding team at ClearXchange and served on the board of Zelle.
Earlier in his career, Behram helped build the payments and data aggregation business at CashEdge (now FISERV) and was the architect of the PopMoney P2P service.
Behram started his career at McKinsey after graduating with a degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
